I have not received any money from my booking, is this normal ?

When a payment is made, MorningCroissant informs you by email that the transfer has gone through. Depending on the bank transaction times, your account may only be credited 7 days after you received the payment confirmation email. So we recommend that you wait at least 7 days before contacting MorningCroissant about a payment.
Banks do not handle transfers at weekends and on holidays, so transfers made at these times will be handled the following business day.
