I was not able to pay for my booking online, why is that? What do I do now ?

If you have not been able to pay for your reservation online, there may be several reasons :

  • Maybe you did not get the payment confirmation code that was sent to your cell phone. This is a security measure set up by some banks to ensure that online payments are indeed made by the actual card holder. One of these verification methods is to text a code to the card holder’s cell phone. If you did not receive the code, contact your bank and make sure they have your correct cell phone number.

  • Or maybe your bank has denied the payment authorization because you do not have sufficient funds on your account or you have exceeded the ceiling limit for your card. If this is the case, and the payment is declined, contact your bank as soon as possible to find out what has happened. Your account manager will help you find the best solution and you can then proceed with your booking request.
