Notice given by the tenant in the case of a long-term lease

If you wish to terminate your long-term rental contract (give notice to the lessor), certain rules must be observed in accordance with the Alur Law.

1- Respect a minimum notice period of one month.

2- Send a letter of notice to the lessor by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the owner of the accommodation, the date of receipt of the letter being taken as proof in case of disagreement. NB: a notice letter sent by electronic means is not valid.

3- Inform us by e-mail of the end date of your rental via this form. We will check with the owner that he has received your registered letter.

Once these 3 steps have been completed, we will calculate the amount due to the owner and, if applicable, the reimbursement to which you are entitled.
