Notice given by the lessor in the context of a medium-term lease

For a medium-term rental (a few months) made under a civil law lease (the accommodation is not the tenant's primary residence) or a mobility lease, the owner recovers his accommodation at the end of the lease, which by definition is a date to date lease, limited in time.

At the end of the lease, the owner does not need to give notice (leave) to the tenant to terminate the civil law lease or the mobility lease.
