Monthly or upfront payement of the rental

There are 2 options to pay for your rental

1 - Classic: monthly payment
The most used option obviously for rentals longer than 2 months. The MorningCroissant commission as well as the first month's rent are paid at the time of the rental request with the validation of a complete tenant file. The following rents are then automatically deducted each month.

2 - Express : upfront payment
The totality of the rents as well as the MorningCroissant commission are paid at the time of the request of hiring with a reduced tenant file. It is an option reserved for the rentals of less than 6 months.
