What do I do when I get a booking request from a tenant ?

When you receive a booking request from a tenant, you will be immediately informed by email and text message. You can then reply directly from your account using the “Bookings” feature.
Once you have accepted the booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email in which you will find your tenant's contact information. Please note that if you accept a booking request you commit to welcoming the tenants and you will not be able to cancel the booking without a valid reason because a booking contract has been drawn up.
