What happens if the owner does not meet me at my accommodations ?

If the owner does is not present to meet you and does not answer your calls on the day of your arrival, please call Morning Croissant immediately and we will do everything we can to get you in touch with the owner.
 
If the owner cannot be found, MorningCroissant will do everything possible to find you other accommodations, though we can’t guarantee the availability of an alternative solution. Your booking will of course be cancelled and you will be fully reimbursed, including the service fees.
