When will I get the owner’s phone number so that I can call ?

To protect the privacy of its users, MorningCroissant only provides contact information when a booking request has been accepted. Therefore, you will only get your owner’s phone number and email address in your confirmation email. In the same manner, your host is given your contact information only in the booking confirmation email that he will receive upon accepting your reservation. We recommend that you get in touch rapidly with the owner to organize your arrival at the accommodations.
 
Before the booking has been accepted, you do have the possibility of contacting the owner through the MorningCroissant message board. For more information, please read the section How do I contact the owner ?
