Why can’t I contact a tenant or a owner by telephone or email before making a rental request ?

To ensure the trust and security of its users, until a rental is accepted, all contact between tenants and owners must take place through MorningCroissant. You will receive email addresses and phone numbers in the rental confirmation emails that will be sent to you as soon as a rntal request has been accepted.

If you attempt to exchange your contact information (email address or phone number) before the rental has been accepted, this information will be automatically hidden. Moreover, MorningCroissant considers this an attempted violation of our site policy and reserves the right to delete your account in this case.
