Why can’t I contact a tenant or a owner by telephone or email before making a reservation ?

To ensure the trust and security of its users, until a booking is accepted, all contact between hosts and guests must take place through MorningCroissant. You will receive email addresses and phone numbers in the booking confirmation emails that will be sent to you as soon as a booking request has been accepted.

If you attempt to exchange your contact information (email address or phone number) before the booking has been accepted, this information will be automatically hidden. Moreover, MorningCroissant considers this an attempted violation of our site policy and reserves the right to delete your account in this case.
