  Personne. L'appartement est sale et non soigné. Suite à des nombreux appels, ils ont proposé un ménage de profondeur. Cela non plus n'a pas été pris en compte-une horreur ! Pour finir avec des puces de lit. Ils ne sont pas à la hauteur desservies qu'ils proposent.
• Behnam Y. May 2021 I only recommend this place to those who are single and need only a "bed" to sleep in a good location of Paris. It is not at all comfortable especially in Covid lock down. It is so hard to cook, eat, wash the dishes, take a bath, and generally live. The walls are also full of fungi, and many of our things have been affected by that fungi.

March 2021 The second day of my stay I realized there were mice in the house, even though I don’t like mice I understand that this kind of things can happen, what is unacceptable for me is that the client support took nearly 2 weeks to “fix” the issue, the solution was to change to an apartment that was half of the size of the first one I paid and they just offered me 100€ reimbursement, for an apartment with shared kitchen. You would at least expect some kind of payment, but no. Very bad service.

  J'ai envoyé les photos à mon contact car le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement. Beaucoup de poussière sur les meuble, le placard, sous le lit et sur la table de la salle de bain. Un cendrier cassé et renversé sur la terrasse. Nous avons dû tout refaire ! A 100€ le message, nous nous attendions à une pièce ultra propre
  pour le reste tout est très bien. Bel appartement cosy, agréable et calme
