You have access to the entire flat which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi.
All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 6 guests on arrival!

Located in the hyper centre of Grenoble, 2 steps from the train station in a quiet street, you have all the amenities close to the building: a supermarket, a tobacconist's, a bakery, a pharmacy, a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. You can reach in 5 to 10 minutes on foot the historical centre of the town with its pedestrian streets, its numerous shops, bars, restaurants.
Many public transports (Tram A or B stop "Gare") which serve the city and the surroundings are less than 3 minutes away on foot.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot or by bicycle.
Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.
The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Following your reservation: a deposit will be requested by bank transfer. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage is noted.
Solidarity housing! All cleaning costs are paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
A security deposit of 1900 € will be required before entering the premises for all rentals outside the Mobility lease.
