Our large, cosy 34m2 studio is located 2 minutes walk from the Vert-Galant RER B station and buses. In the town centre, it is close to all amenities (bank, pharmacy, bakery, grocery shop, restaurant, doctor, notary, lawyer, dentist, laboratory, florist, supermarket, etc...). Located on the courtyard side on the 1st floor, access is via a steep staircase. The parking in the street is not free after 1h30 but the parking of the Vert-Galant station is free (2mn on foot).
The flat is pleasant, functional and well equipped (fan with remote control, smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime...). Bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillowcases) and towels are provided for the bed but also for the sofa.
You will also find cooking equipment, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with some coffee capsules, a kettle, tea, kitchen utensils.
The 15m2 terrace allows you to enjoy an outdoor space and not feel cramped.
