You will be able to move freely and reach the Lille Grand Palais exhibition centre via the metro. To the delight of cycling enthusiasts, a bicycle path is available at the foot of the residence.
Practical and comfortable, this studio has been designed to offer you an optimal living space and layout. With a surface area of 19m², this apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure residence. It includes a kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, hotplates, microwave oven and complete dish kit), a living space with 1 sofa bed (140x190) and an independent bathroom. It has a television and a free internet connection.
A kit of cotton sheets will be given to you upon your arrival. On the other hand, PROVIDE YOUR BATH SERVICES because they are not provided.
For all rentals, electricity consumption is included.
During your stay you will be able to enjoy the hotel services offered by the residence.

Paid services: laundry and parking (2€ / day to be paid on site)
ARRIVED :
You must arrive during the manager's attendance hours, MONDAY TO FRIDAY from 16:00 to 18:00. No arrivals will be possible outside these hours or on weekends and public holidays.
DEPARTURE :
- The accommodation must be vacated AT THE LATEST AT 11:00 am.
- The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean and hygienic condition. We remind you that the maintenance kit is available in your home. Otherwise, a flat-rate cleaning fee of €80 including VAT can be charged.
- Lock shutters, windows and front door and give the keys to your home manager or, if not, put them in his mailbox.
- Take out the bins and place them in the designated area.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS :
- Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the residence and in the apartment.
- It is prohibited to cause discomfort or disturbance to the neighbourhood (noise, disturbance) in both the common areas and the dwelling, day or night.
- Outdoor spaces must be respected and preserved, as must residential spaces (including furniture).
- This accommodation is not suitable for children.
