Just a 5-minute walk from a supermarket and a bakery open 7 days a week, the residence's location is ideal. Just a 20-minute drive from the Bernex and Thollon-les-Mémises ski resorts, but also 1.5km from the beach and water sports centre, this establishment is an ideal and very affordable pied-à-terre for all types of stay.
Comprising a large living room with sofa bed (140*190) and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160*200) and a bathroom with bath and WC, this one-bedroom apartment measures 36m2. It sleeps 4 people. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle and everything else you need for cooking. The flat also has a large balcony, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. If you don't bring your own, you can hire them from reception (€5 for the sheet kit and €5 for the towel kit).
The residence provides a free parking space. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry, sauna, breakfast).
Housekeeping can be added for a supplement of €90/month, payable at reception.
In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
