- Metro 14 "Hôpital Bicêtre" (also brand new) 7 minutes' walk away
- RER B "Gentilly" 10 minutes' walk away
- Tram T3a 10 minutes' walk away
=> 20 minutes from the flat to the centre of Paris

Parking :
- on the street: free from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays. During the day: €14/day.
- in my private parking space, in the basement of the building: €7/night, by reservation.
