We offer our family flat for short or medium-term rental during your stay abroad.

A rental agreement and inventory of fixtures will be signed on arrival and departure.

Our furnished and equipped 70m² T3 flat is charming and functional. It is on the 1st floor without a lift. We live in a cul-de-sac near a park, so it's very quiet.

Rooms :
- a living room with space for dining (table for 6) and working (desk + screen)
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, crockery, utensils, etc.)
- a utility room with washing machine and storage space
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and storage space
- 1 separate WC
- 1 bedroom with a 160*200 double bed
- 1 children's bedroom with a 140*200 double bed, with the option of installing a cot
- 1 ground-level room for bicycles and pushchairs

Sheets and towels not provided (available if required). Non-smoking.

Paid street parking available. Quarterly or annual season tickets available.

A mobility lease is for people who are away on business, training, work experience, etc. Proof is required to draw up the contract, but the administrative procedures are very simple. It's ideal for a medium-term stay or a period spent looking for accommodation during or before taking up a new post.

Around

We live in the Hauts-Pavés district. It's a friendly neighbourhood with a semi-pedestrianised street and lots of shops (supermarkets, grocery shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafés and coffee roasters, pharmacies, tea rooms, wine cellars, independent bookshops, etc.).
The city centre can be reached by public transport, via tram line 3 or C2 (free at weekends), or on foot in 15 minutes. The SNCF train station is within easy reach (C2 direct).

Talensac market is just a few hundred metres away.

The Parc des Capucins is at the foot of our flat, perfect for relaxing, picnicking or playing (play area, table tennis, petanque pitch).
