Très bien accueillis par la propriétaire, qui est vraiment gentille, réactive et soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires.Résidence située près d’une zone commerciale, et à 5 minutes à pieds du T1.Cependant, le logement se situe dans une résidence trop bruyante, aussi bien en journée qu’en soirée, ce qui peut nuire au confort, surtout pour ceux en quête de calme.
De plus, étant situé au rez-de-chaussée et derrière des buissons, l’appartement est assez sombre et manque de lumière naturelle.
