Cleaning fees are to be paid upon arrival (100€) as well as possible late arrival fees: 15€ from 8pm to 11pm and 25€ after 11pm.
Smokers are not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony with an ashtray...thank you
Thank you for doing the dishes before leaving the apartment, for putting the dirty laundry on the floor, for closing the windows and turning off the lights and heating if necessary.
The respect of the peace and quiet of the building is imperative. No noise pollution from 10pm to 8am.
