Traveller access:
On your arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing you the keys and carrying out an entry inventory with you.
A management fee of 10% of the total rent, up to a maximum of €507, will be charged before you move in.
Cleaning costs of €93 and the inventory of fixtures of €154 are included in this amount.

By car:
The flat is located just 800 metres (5 minutes) from the "Villeurbanne Cusset" exit on the ring road. You'll be able to get around easily without wasting too much time in city traffic, while enjoying the peace and quiet (the flat overlooks the residence's wooded grounds).
On site, you can park your car in the garage provided by the co-ownership.
As a guide, it will take you around 20 minutes to get to Saint-Exupéry airport, western Lyon (Ecully, Tassin, etc.) or the south of the conurbation (Campus Lyon 2 "Porte des Alpes", Feyzin, Mions, etc.).

By public transport :
The flat is very well served and you can easily get to most of the city's points of interest, both for work and for going out.
- Metro A stop Cusset (5-minute walk): direct to Hôtel de Ville (opera house), Place Bellecour and Perrache station. Connection at Charpennes station with metro B for the La Doua campus, Part-Dieu (station and shopping centre) and Gerland stadium. Connection at Bellecour with metro D for Vieux Lyon,
- Trolleybus C3 to Bernaix stop (5-minute walk): direct to Part-Dieu (station, shopping centre), Hôtel de Ville (opera house) and Gare Saint Paul (in Old Lyon),
- Trolleybus C11 stop Bernaix (5-minute walk): direct to Guillotière / Saxe-Gambetta (Lyon 3 university centre) and the south of the Part-Dieu district,
- You can also take the T3 tram to Gare de Villeurbanne (15 minutes' walk) and a number of secondary bus routes to Place Grandclément (10 minutes' walk).

Our recommendations, depending on your destination, to get you (almost) everywhere in 20 to 30 minutes:
- Part-Dieu station: Metro A and B (Charpennes connection) or C3 trolleybus,
- Perrache station: Metro A direct,
- Saint Exupéry airport: the Rhône Express tram links the airport to Vaulx-La-Soie station in 20 minutes, then take metro A (2 stops) to the flat. The Rhône Express continues to Part-Dieu, but the journey takes longer and connections are less straightforward,
- City centre (town hall, opera house, rue de la République and place Bellecour) : Metro A or direct C3 trolleybus,
- Vieux Lyon (traboules, fourvière, restaurants) : C3 direct to Gare Saint-Paul (north of the Vieux Lyon district), or metros A and D (connection at Bellecour) to Vieux Lyon station (further south). You can also start your visit further south, at Perrache, via the Ampère district and the quays of the Saône,
- La Doua campus: Metro A, change to Metro B or tramway T1 at Charpennes,
- Lyon 2 and Lyon 3 campuses: C11 (direct to Saxe-Gambetta / Guillotière) or metro A then transfer to tram T1 at Charpennes,
- Grange Blanche (hospitals, university): C3 or C11 to Grandclément (or 10-minute walk) then take bus C26 (direct).

Easily accessible on foot:
- Around Place Grandclément (10-minute walk): shops and services (bank, bars, Carrefour supermarket). Market on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
- In the neighbourhood: ASUL Tennis, Médipôle, Studio 24 - Pixel centre.
