A shower room with an Italian-style shower, towel rail, vanity unit and mirror, wc.
A hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo are available.
Also a toothbrush and toothpaste.

BEDROOM :
One bedroom with double bed 140x190, 18 cm thick comfort mattress, with bed linen and duvet.
There is also a chest of drawers and a clothes rack.

Work area:
Open space on the living room dedicated to your professional activities, desk and stool.

An ironing board and iron are also available.

Strong points of the area
Location:

2 steps from the cathedral, 3 from Place Lafayette and Allées gourmandes, 10 min from the bus station.

The area: All types of shops (tobacconists, newsagents, bakers, mini-markets, etc.) can be found nearby.

Gourmets will love coming to Villeneuve-Sur-Lot, as you'll have access to markets throughout the week:

- On Tuesday mornings, all year round, the big market takes place at Place de la Libération (food) and Boulevard Palissy (textiles).
- On Wednesday mornings, an all-organic market is held on Place d'Aquitaine.
- On Saturday mornings, there's another large traditional market at Place Lafayette (fruit & vegetables) and Parvis de l'église St-Catherine (food & textiles).
- And in summer, it's the gourmet night market that livens up the central Place Lafayette on Friday evenings from 6.30pm.
- From Tuesday to Sunday, you'll find fruit, vegetables, fish, meat and delicatessen products and other delights at the pretty Allées Gourmandes.

Just 8 minutes by car from the village of Pujols and 25 minutes from the village of Monflanquin, one of the "most beautiful villages in France", where ramblers can enjoy long walks.

There are also cycle routes from Villeneuve-Sur-Lot.

Walygator (formerly Walibi) is a 40-minute drive from Agen.
