There's a neat shower room, separate WC, and a functional kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and toaster - the essentials for savouring simple moments.

Outside, a private garden awaits you: a rare and unspoilt corner, with a relaxing area for reading or daydreaming, and a dining area to extend evenings under the sky.

Air-conditioned and bathed in light, L'Atelier de Georges is a discreet refuge, a place designed for those who like to travel differently - between aesthetics, calm and inspiration.

You can park in the street (pay parking) in front of the residence or nearby.

Access to the flat is completely independent, with a digital keypad and a connected lock.
