In absolute peace and quiet, facing the rising sun, with a beautiful unobstructed view over Nice, this flat is completely unoverlooked.
Access is via a separate gate.
You can relax on the private terrace, in the shade of the orange trees, and enjoy part of the garden.
It's a little corner of the countryside in the heart of the city.

Located on the ground floor of our villa, built in 1925, and completely renovated in a contemporary style.
The 30 m2 flat comprises a living room with fitted kitchen,
a separate bedroom with cupboard, and a shower room with toilet.
You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
Very well insulated, it stays cool day and night.
For even greater comfort, we have installed air conditioning in the bedroom.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
The flat is fully furnished and is rented for a maximum of two people.
(It can, however, very occasionally accommodate 4 people).
Very comfortable 160 cm bedding, wardrobes, fridge-freezer, induction hob, washing machine, iron...
In the living room, a very comfortable sofa bed can be used as an extra bed.

If you're driving, free, quiet parking is available in nearby streets.
A local grocery shop is 250 m away, and all shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute walk away.
