Ty Graslin is a quiet, bright and comfortable flat, ideal for a professional stay, temporary assignment, internship or studies.
Located on the 5ᵉ floor (no lift), it overlooks an inner courtyard, right in the centre of Nantes, a stone's throw from Place Graslin and 8 minutes' walk from the Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy.

Everything is included: electricity, water, Wi-Fi, utilities - no extra charges or subscriptions to worry about.
The accommodation
The 36 m² flat is ideal for one person or a couple on a medium or long-term stay. It is fully furnished and ready to move into.

Located on the 5ᵉ floor without a lift, it opens exclusively onto an inner courtyard, offering a quiet environment, away from the nuisance of the street.

Living space:
Convivial main room including a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, full set of crockery, kettle, coffee maker, etc.).
A welcome pack (tea, coffee) is provided on arrival.

Separate bedroom:
Double bed (140x200 cm) with quality bedding, large wardrobe for storage.

Bathroom:
With bath, WC, toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer).

Everything has been designed to make it easy for you to feel at home for as long as possible.
Access for travellers
The flat is entirely private, with its own entrance.
It can be accessed independently once the keys have been handed over on site.

- An inventory of fixtures will be drawn up on entering and leaving the flat.
- The flat is only accessible via a mobility lease, which must be signed to validate the reservation.

All-inclusive rent (water, electricity, utilities). No subscription required. Meter readings are taken at the start of the rental period to ensure normal and reasonable consumption of resources during the stay.
