"Petit nid d'amour", very bright, with balcony, located in the heart of authentic Paris behind République near the Canal Saint Martin, on the 6th and top floor of a Haussmann building.
It is designed for one person, but you can still welcome your sweetheart for a weekend or a stay in Paris.
You will have at your disposal :
- A kitchenette with a two-burner hob and appropriate cooking equipment.
- In the extension, a work surface with a sink, and underneath, a fridge and a washing machine and tumble dryer. At the end of the work surface is a folding table for two people to eat.
- 2 large wardrobes with hanging space.
- A seating area with 2 benches and a pedestal table.
- A study area with lamp and wifi.
- A TV area.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
- A double bed. The bed (140 x 190) is located high up to free up space in the living room. If you don't like sleeping so close to the ceiling, the floor space has been designed so that you can put the mattress on the floor. The bed is easy to access, but is not designed for people who are a little overweight or lack agility.
All this in an atmosphere that I hope you'll find cosy and warm.
The studio is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

A bohemian district (classified as a "hyper centre of hipness" by the daily newspaper "Libération"), you'll be living close to Parisians and far from the tourists, close to the Grands Boulevards and its department stores, and within easy walking distance of Bastille, Place des Vosges, Belleville, Pigalle in the Marais, Hôtel de Ville, St Michel, the Latin Quarter, Beaubourg and the Halles district.

Response from ClaudeLors du séjour de Mara, il y a effectivement eu des problèmes de moisissures dans les placards, dûs à deux infiltrations provenant du toit de l'immeuble. Cet état de fait a été depuis réglé suite à l’intervention du couvreur. Toutefois, cette situation a également été aggravée par le manque de chauffage et le manque d’aération du studio par la locataire aggravant de ce fait les problèmes d'humidité.
Concernant Morning Croissant leur rôle ne consiste pas à régler les litiges, mais à conseiller ce qu’ils ont parfaitement fait. Il est a noté que Morning Croissant a très exceptionnellement remboursé à Mara, une grande partie de ses frais d’agence pour désagrément de séjour. -
August 2024This property was ideal for me as I needed a place in Paris for an internship. It was clean and tidy when I arrived and Claude was very welcoming, giving me a booklet with all the information for the flat and the surrounding area. It is a compact flat but had everything I needed for my 5 month stay. Located in a pleasant area of Paris near the canal and the marais. Claude was very responsive to messages and accommodating to my arrival and departure - a very pleasant stay.

February 2024Our daughter stayed here during her internship in Paris. Greeted with a warm welcome from Claude which made her feel welcome. She really enjoyed the location, the view and all the amenities at the studio. Claude was very helpful when there was a small leakage from the toilet and managed to get it fixed in no time.
The studio is very quiet and has all you need. Supermarket across the road and near to Republique metro station.

Mon séjour dans l'appartement a été globalement agréable, mais des problèmes d'humidité constatés dès mon arrivée, ainsi que de la moisissure découverte ensuite, ont eu des impacts sur ma santé. J'ai dû écourter mon séjour à 3 mois au lieu de 12. L'agence n'intervient pas dans la gestion des litiges, ce qui complique la résolution de ce type de problème. Je conseille aux futurs locataires de vérifier l'état du logement et les travaux éventuels avant de s'engager.
