• Franka D. February 2024 A love nest under the roofs of Pari Our daughter stayed here during her internship in Paris. Greeted with a warm welcome from Claude which made her feel welcome. She really enjoyed the location, the view and all the amenities at the studio. Claude was very helpful when there was a small leakage from the toilet and managed to get it fixed in no time.
  The studio is very quiet and has all you need. Supermarket across the road and near to Republique metro station.
  Would definitely recommend this studio. Thank you Claude!

  Localisation est idéale, à deux pas de République, au bord du canal Saint Martin.
  Charmant, propre, très lumineux, vue magnifique, petit balcon.. un vrai nid douillet !
  Claude est adorable et arrangeant. Je recommande à tout le monde.

Claude was an excellent landlord, he explained everything well and was very fast to answer questions or solve problems in the appartment. The appartment has everything a person could need, it offers a very comfortable stay. The location is also great, it is close to the city center, easily accessible with public transport and the neighborhood is safe and vibrant.

You're provided with everything you need and have a view on the Eiffel Tower ánd the Sacre Coeur. The neighborhood is friendly and lively, beautiful in all seasons. The bed is great and the mattress is surprisingly comfortable when you decide to sleep on the floor as well. The nid d'amour is cosy, cute and truly the best value for your money. Claude is great too, always helpful and very kind. I highly recommend this place!
