The flat is located in a secure residence with a lift. It can accommodate one person and includes a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, microwave and electric hob) and a shower room.
A free fibre-optic internet connection is available in the flat at all times.
There is a self-service laundry inside the residence for a fee.

You will find crockery and kitchen utensils for cooking and everything you need to keep the flat clean.

Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Quiet, fully-equipped St Etienne J'ai passé un très agreable séjour dans cette résidence, endroit proche à toutes les commerces, calme, dans la résidence il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable. C'était la deuxième fois que j'ai été et je reviens sans hésiter. Un grand merci à Mme Sophie qui a gardé les affaires que j'avais oublié, une femme très gentil qui cherche toujours aider. Merci!
