The apartment is located near tram.
The charges including water, wifi & property fees . Optional for convenience the Electricity can be included in the charges. A provision of 800 € will be paid upstream and regularization will be done every 12 months or when leaving.

December 2025I loved this appartment! I stayed for about half a year during my PhD exchange in France. The location is simply perfect. The street is super busy but the appartment is not loud ( windows are very good!). The appartment has some basic appliences which was great since I did not have to purchase many things.
The process was 100% online which helped me a lot since I did not have to call all the time to solve things. I'd love to stay there again if I return to Bordeaux :)
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement de tout ce que Bordeaux a à offrir.
La propriétaire a été très agréable, facile à joindre et réactive tout au long de mon séjour. Sa gestionnaire a également été exceptionnelle et s’est vraiment surpassée pour s’assurer que tout se passe parfaitement.
Je recommande vivement cet appartement.
