Everything you need for a relaxing stay
4 swimming pools are available in July and August. The first pool opens on 1 April and the last closes on 3 November.
Access to the pools is managed by the co-ownership: in the event of exceptional restriction or closure (works, management decisions, weather, etc.), this would be beyond our control and could not be the subject of a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note The flat is located a stone's throw from the railway line. On average, 4 trains pass by every hour, causing a brief noise nuisance of around 10 seconds each time.

Security & peace of mind
The residence is secure, with 24/7 security guards and a permanent link with the national police force a few hundred metres away.
The residence is located in a cul-de-sac just before the access tunnel to the beach, which means that there is a lot of traffic in front of the entrance, with people occasionally driving or parking nearby. There are also occasional piles of bulky items waiting to be removed, as is the case in many large residences.
It should also be noted that improvement work may be carried out from time to time in certain communal areas (corridors), but this does not affect the comfort or peace and quiet inside the home.
