Eric B. July 2026 Very polite person but not respectful.
He brought in other fourniture, disconnected all electrical items creating issues with the heater and broke one of the bed slat.
He always tried to hide what he did, and never felt responsible for the different issues he created.
The neighbours complained about him.

The only change I made after moving in was putting a large desk in my room, and I have never hidden anything. I paid all the building maintenance fees (syndic), and the fact that the appliances and the radiator broke down due to wiring errors as soon as I turned them on is because they are too old, it is not my fault. I simply stored the radio and TV safely for restoration since I don't use them. After moving in, I had to buy mobile data out of my own pocket for 3 months because the Wi-Fi didn't work, and since the radiator is connected to the Wi-Fi and runs jointly, I couldn't use the radiator in the winter and had to endure the cold. I also did everything I was supposed to do after receiving a complaint from the neighbors. Do not blame me for the problems caused by the deterioration of the house. You also blamed me for the mold caused by the dampness of the house, but the place itself is so damp that I couldn't even sleep in December because of mosquitoes. Furthermore, the main entrance code was changed without letting me know, so I had to wait outside for an hour at 2 AM and ended up going to a nearby hotel and paying extra. I tolerated all of this, including the hotel expenses and the Wi-Fi data spending, and all the stuffs but I cannot tolerate this kind of review. When I left, I put all the original furniture back completely in its place.
