2-room flat near Metro The apartment is really nice and well equipped (like really well and all new), in a new building (so no noise issues). Also really cool, all windows have electric window blinds, you can make it pitch black in the middle of the day. Marjorie has been really understanding and kind. When I mentioned I might need to extend my stay while searching for something long term, she let me know about possible bookings in the future that I need to be aware. I really wish I didn't have to move.

- Sub-letting is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the rental contract.
- The presence of pets, even occasionally, is strictly forbidden.
- To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbours, it is strictly forbidden to make any noise, of any kind and from any source, that is harmful by its intensity or repetitive nature, whether during the day or at night.
- The tenant(s) must take the necessary precautions to limit the nuisance caused by noise emanating from their accommodation.
- An inventory of fixtures will be drawn up on the arrival and departure of the tenant(s).
-The owner must be notified as soon as possible of any problem with the accommodation, furniture or equipment, so that repairs can be made. At the time of departure, the inventory of fixtures will be taken as proof, and the accommodation returned and its condition must be identical to that in which it was handed over at the start of the contract. Any damage or missing equipment will be invoiced.
- The tenant(s) is/are responsible for the accommodation, furniture and accessories provided.
- The price of each item of equipment or accessory is shown on the detailed list of equipment given at the time of the entry inspection.
- It is compulsory to take out a comprehensive home insurance policy (including fire and water damage). Failure to present the insurance certificate will prevent you from carrying out the move-in inspection and may result in termination of the rental contract.
