Rules and regulations - Charter of the venue

Welcome to ArtistMemory, a unique space where art, memory and work meet.
This space has been designed as an immersive experience, at the crossroads of a flat and a living museum space.

In order to preserve its atmosphere, its artistic integrity and the quality of the stays, we thank you for taking note of and respecting this charter.

1. The Spirit of the Place

ArtistMemory is a space for creation, reflection and serenity.
It is primarily aimed at professionals, creative people, researchers, consultants and teams in residence.

Each occupant undertakes to :

Respect the artistic spirit of the space

Preserve its calm and elegance

Use it in accordance with its cultural and professional vocation

2. Works of art and artistic heritage

ArtistMemory houses original works and unique scenographic elements.

Out of respect for the artist and future residents :

The works must not be moved, manipulated or taken down.

No decorative elements or furniture may be altered without permission.

Any anomaly or incident must be reported immediately.

In the event of damage, the cost of restoration or replacement will be charged to the resident.

We invite you to contemplate the works, not to transform them.

3. Use of the areas

The premises are intended for :

Professional stays

Creative residencies

Teleworking or one-off assignments

Meetings in small groups (with prior agreement)

The following are strictly prohibited without written authorisation:

Parties and festive gatherings

Events open to the public

Filming or commercial shoots

Any activity causing nuisance or damage

The number of occupants must correspond to the validated reservation.

4. Harmony and neighbourliness

ArtistMemory is located in a quiet residential environment.

In order to preserve this harmony :

Silence is required between 10pm and 8am.

Lively conversations, amplified music and noise pollution are prohibited.

Any behaviour disturbing the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood may result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund.

5. Safety and liability

For everyone's safety :

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Open flames (candles, incense, etc.) are prohibited.

Equipment must be switched off when not in use.

Keys are your sole responsibility (any loss will be replaced and secured).

Residents are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Valid third-party insurance is required.

The owner declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or accident.

6. Cleanliness and respect for the site

ArtistMemory must be returned in a respectful state:

Dishes clean and tidy

Waste removed

Furniture back in place

No damage reported

Additional charges may be applied for exceptional repairs.

7. Animals

Pets are not allowed, unless prior written agreement has been obtained.

8. Arrival and Departure

Arrival: from 2pm

Departure: before 11.00 am

All special requests must be confirmed in advance.

9. Acceptance

Entering ArtistMemory means accepting to become its temporary custodian.

Reservation and occupation of the premises constitute full acceptance of this charter.

ArtistMemory is not simply accommodation.
It is a space to be lived in consciously.
