Although compact, the bathroom has been designed with your comfort in mind, with a large shower (90 x 160 cm), a storage unit, a light mirror and an electric towel rail.

The separate WC has a continuous ventilation system to ensure optimum hygiene.

No smoking: Smoking in the flat, even with the window open, is strictly prohibited. Please leave your cigarette butts in the designated areas outside.
In the event of non-compliance, a deodorisation charge of €180 will be applied to restore the air quality and condition of the flat for future guests.

⏰ Arrival and departure times: Arrival is possible from 4pm and departure must be before 11am.

Preparation before departure: Before you leave, please empty the bins, the fridge and collect all used linen (towels, sheets, etc.) in the kitchen.

Maximum capacity: The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Only the people indicated at the time of booking are authorised to stay.

Nominative booking: The person making the booking is responsible for the stay and cannot book for another person.

No parties or events: Parties and events are not permitted in the flat.
