SAFETY
Act in this apartment as you would in yours to ensure the safety of the building and its inhabitants.
Your belongings are only safe if you close and lock all windows, bay windows and doors when you leave the apartment or go out.
Don't forget to lock the door of the building as well.
We decline all responsibility for lost or stolen items. Items found after the departure of the tenants will be sent to them by post, postage due.

ENERGY
Let's also save our Energy.
Don't forget to turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving and/or leaving each room or apartment. Do not use the air conditioning with the windows open

NOISE AND NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is a place of relaxation, so each resident is asked to be discreet in the late evening (after 11pm), during the night, and early in the morning (before 7am). Thank you for respecting the neighborhood
PARTIES AND EVENTS
No parties or parties in the apartment.

HYGIENE
Apart from toilet paper, nothing should be thrown down the toilet bowl. Garbage cans are provided.
The apartment is delivered fully cleaned. Thank you to maintain the premises as well as possible.
Cleaning products, brooms, dustbins are at your disposal during your stay.
Please leave enough clean, ironed and tidy household linen for the following tenants and do not use the linen that is not left at your disposal.

WASTE AND SELECTIVE SORTING
If you can, please sort your waste.

TERRACE / VERANDA
The terrace offers an incredible view, but they can be a real danger for small children. It is therefore essential not to let children approach the windows without the presence and supervision of an adult.

TOBACCO
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. So please smoke outside, or on the terrace, making sure that the smoke does not enter the house.

BARBECUE
No barbecue in the apartment.
BREAKAGE AND DAMAGE
The tenant in title is personally liable for all damage, loss or degradation to the accommodation itself and what it contains as well as to all the facilities on the site, committed by himself or the persons/parents staying with him or visiting him.
The tenant is consequently required to be insured by a holiday-type insurance contract for these various risks.

Accidents do happen, so do not hesitate to inform us of any damage done during your stay, and we will only take on the Deposit up to the amount of the damage. Any damage not reported but found after your departure will be increased by 20%.

Concerning the furniture, avoid moving it from one room to another in order to avoid potential damage.
DEPARTURE
When you leave, please put the sheets in the bathroom, empty the garbage cans, turn off the taps and lights in the apartment, then put the keys on the kitchen island.

REGULATIONS
The tenants accept without reserve, irrevocably and definitively, the general terms and conditions of rental and the present rules of procedure. The non-respect of one or more of the conditions of the internal rules attached to the Villa Dolce may lead to the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the Tenant. The proceeds of the rental will then remain definitively acquired by the owner.
