The studio is also neighbouring the lively heart of the Saint Germain area and the Latin Quarter.

Transportation is the easiest : Quai des Grands Augustins is 2 mn from subway Cité or Saint-Michel and 5 mn from subway Odeon or Saint Germain des Prés.

Entering the studio, one notices the magnificent stone wall, the traditional red tiles and the wonderful wooden beams. The designed open kitchen is fully equipped (dish washer, microwave oven…) and is linked to the Living room by an American bar which can be used as dining table.

Bathroom offers shower, washing machine (no drier) sink and toilets.
