Description

The gîte is ideally situated on the edge of the Quénécan forest.
It is a peaceful and relaxing spot, fully enclosed and not overlooked.
The gîte comprises 7 bedrooms (4 with double beds, 1 children’s bedroom with bunk beds and 2 dormitory-style bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed); there are 2 sofa beds in the lounge, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 20.
The house is entirely on one level.
The gîte has a fully secure car park with space for 8 cars.
A trampoline, a climbing frame and a table tennis table will delight both adults and children alike; the gîte is set on a 2,000 m² plot.
For children, there is a petting farm near the holiday home with chickens, goats, ponies and donkeys.
The indoor, heated swimming pool is, of course, entirely private. It is situated in a separate building 10 metres from the house, separated by safety barriers to restrict access to children.
A Jacuzzi spa is also available in the pool area.
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, a pergola with a barbecue will allow you to enjoy lovely meals al fresco.
