Situated just a stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla and just 10 minutes from the centre of Arcachon, you can take full advantage of the beaches and peace and quiet of the region.

The flat sleeps 4 people and is fully equipped with a fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge, electric hob, microwave, etc.), bathroom, double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, and unlimited wifi.

Buffet breakfast available as an extra. Pets are welcome at an additional cost.

End-of-stay cleaning and weekly cleaning, including change of linen, are included.

In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
