On the Mediterranean coast - I offer you my south-facing flat, furnished with care, completely renovated, with a surface area of 30 m² and all mod cons (hi-fi system, Bluetooth speaker, microwave, LCD TV, DVD, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, hairdryer, toaster, etc.).

Coming by car? Don't worry, there's a secure RESERVED PARKING space at the foot of the flat. The access badge will be given to you at the same time as the keys. You may be carrying a lot of luggage, so the residence's lift will be a valuable ally.

Soaked up by the sun (facing due south), my flat is spacious and very bright, with a loggia and teak lounge ideal for having lunch overlooking the sailboats (direct view of the Marina and its Quai d'Honneur). As you turn the corner, a seagull is sure to ask you for a piece of bread on the edge of the large bay window.... An open-plan kitchen (with an American bar) will prove useful and above all functional for preparing a good salad when you've just come back from the local market. My flat has the advantage of being located on the Left Bank, which is undoubtedly livelier, in the heart of Gruissan and, above all, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING (shops, tobacconists, etc.), unlike the Right Bank, which is totally isolated and "deserted".

As far as sleeping is concerned, there is a 140cm sofa bed (quality mattress) in the living room, plus a 90cm sofa bed in the loggia in fine weather and another 90cm extra bed. The apartment therefore sleeps 3 (or exceptionally 4) people, in compliance with the regulations, which stipulate 9 m² per person.
My flat would therefore be ideal for a couple with one or two young children. The entrance hall has a dressing room with a large wardrobe. An iron can be provided on request before your arrival.
