Welcome to our residence, situated in the heart of Besançon’s City business district, on the banks of the River Doubs. Strategically situated just a 10-minute walk from the city centre and a 10-minute tram ride from the SNCF railway station and the Micropolis exhibition and conference centre, the residence is equally well suited to family holidays and business trips. A ‘City of Art and History’ listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Besançon and its surroundings are brimming with fascinating attractions: historic sites, exceptional monuments and unspoilt natural beauty.
Comprising a living area with a double bed (140×200) and a fully fitted kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet, this studio measures 20m². It can accommodate one person. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, a fridge, electric hobs, a coffee maker and everything you’ll need for cooking. The flat is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
The residence provides a free outdoor parking space (or an underground parking space for €6 per night). Pets are allowed for an additional charge payable on arrival. During your stay, you can make use of the hotel-style services offered by the residence (laundry, cleaning and breakfast).
You can arrive at any time thanks to the residence’s access code system. Reception is open until 6 pm. If you plan to arrive after these hours, please contact the residence so they can provide you with the access codes.
Weekly cleaning is included.
For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – will be payable directly to the residence.
