If you're passing through the Cité du Vin, come and enjoy the comfort of our residence.

Just 4km from the city centre and accessible from junction 21 of the Bordeaux ring road, our residence is the ideal place to stay for business or pleasure.

The 21m² double studio for 1 to 2 people comprises a living area with a large double bed (180*200), a bathroom, an LCD TV and a kitchenette.

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, extractor fan, ceramic hob and kettle. Crockery and cutlery are also provided.

Laundry facilities are available in the residence. A coffee machine, cot and iron are also available (on request).
All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, wifi, etc.).

Cleaning can be added for a supplement of €90/month, payable at reception.

In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
