This accommodation is only available for rent for students.

In the sunshine of the Côte d'Azur, the residence is located right in the centre of Sophia Antipolis, 6 kilometres from Antibes town centre and beaches. Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, Antibes Juan-les-Pins is a tourist town where tradition and nautical pleasures, history and heritage, festivals and nightlife all come together.

Comprising a living area with pull-out bed (2*90*180) and fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower or bath and WC, this studio is 20m2. It sleeps 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, coffee maker and everything else you need for cooking. The flat also has free Wi-Fi access.
DRAPS, TOWELS AND COUCHETS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Please bring your own.

The residence has a free gym and a free parking space. You can also use the outdoor swimming pool from April to November. Pets are allowed at an additional cost.
During your stay you can use the hotel services offered by the residence for an additional charge:
- laundry,
- breakfast: €11 for adults and €5.5 for children under 12,
- free sauna and hammam

You can arrive at any time thanks to the residence's access code system. Reception is open until 8pm on weekdays and from 8am to midday / 3pm to 7pm at weekends. If you plan to arrive after these times, please contact the residence so that they can give you the access codes.

Cleaning can be added at an extra cost of €90/month, payable at reception.

In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.

Studio pool Antibes with balcony Safe place to stay when you are new to Antibes. Could do with air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan as so hot in the summer . A long way from the centre and the buses stop early so you really need a car

Studio pool Antibes with balcony Résidence mal entretenue, propreté très relative. Pendant mon séjour j'ai été confrontée à 4 jours sans chauffage ni eau chaude ! Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé par rapport à ces problèmes. Inadmissible !

Chère Sandrine, Merci d'avoir choisi de partager votre opinion sur notre établissement. Nous sommes navrés que votre séjour parmi nous ne s’est pas déroulé comme vous l’envisagiez, et comme il aurait dû être.
L'équipe essaie au maximum de se montrer disponible envers ses clients, et de leur offrir le meilleur des services. Nous regrettons que vous ayez gardé un goût amer de votre séjour, malheureusement un problème technique n’est pas prévisible, de plus nos deux chaudières sont tombées en panne durant la période des fêtes de fin d’années, ce qui est compliqué d’avoir une réparation au plus vite. Nous espérons bien-sûr vous revoir au Maestria ou dans l'une des autres résidences du groupe. L'équipe de l'hôtel.
