Nice flat Aucune insonorisation.
L’appartement est super, très lumineux et avec une très belle vue. Mais le problème majeur est le manque d’insonorisation.

Nice flat Très bonne réactivité de part et d autre.
Un petit bémol l exposition n est pas specifiee dans l annonce. Le studio n est pas ensoleillée d octobre a novembre. Dommage. Le reste au top
