Description

The accommodation offered for rent is a fully-equipped furnished flat, designed to enable the tenant to move in immediately, without having to make any additional contribution. It is intended for temporary use, not as a main residence, as part of a medium-term professional or personal stay.

Charges include household waste collection tax (TEOM), fibre-optic internet access (monthly flat rate), and electricity and water, also billed as monthly flat rates.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to meet everyday needs, whether for single or double occupancy.
It includes :
- a two-burner induction hob
- an oven
- a double sink integrated into functional storage cupboards,
- dishwasher.
- a 2-door fridge with a freezer section.
- Small electrical appliances include a Bosch coffee maker, a kettle and a SEB steam pressure cooker, making the kitchen versatile and comfortable.

Crockery and cutlery includes: 16 glasses and 1 jug, 6 soup plates, 6 dinner plates, 2 salad bowls, 3 serving dishes, 3 saucepans and 1 cast-iron casserole dish, as well as a full set of cutlery for four people.
Essential utensils (corkscrew, can opener, everyday kitchen utensils) are also provided.
A waste bin with bin liners is also provided.

An installation kit, provided free of charge when you move in, includes olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, rice, pasta, sugar, tea and coffee, as well as all the usual cleaning supplies (washing-up liquid, sponges, dishwasher detergent and household products). This kit is non-renewable.

Living room / dining area
The living area is designed to be functional and comfortable. It includes :
- 1 television,
- Sony hi-fi system,
- wooden table and 2 chairs for meals or occasional work.

Built-in storage space includes a wardrobe (with mirror) for clothes and a chest of drawers.

Fibre-optic internet access with Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.

Sleeping facilities
The sleeping area has a single or extendable double bed, with a mattress suitable for everyday use.
The following are provided: 1 duvet, 1 throw, 1 duvet cover, bed linen and 2 cushions.
The equipment also includes curtains and light fittings, ensuring comfort, privacy and appropriate lighting.

The bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, included in the rental price.

The tenant is provided with a full set of cleaning materials for routine maintenance of the accommodation.
Towels, tablecloths, an iron and a welcome bar of soap are provided free of charge when you move in.

Building and access

The accommodation is located in a building equipped with an individual mailbox, an intercom and a lift (which will be renovated during 2026).

Heating is individual. The property is also equipped with reversible air conditioning, which provides heating and cooling depending on the season.

Decoration and artwork (for information only)
The accommodation is decorated with care and includes a selection of objects and works of art, contributing to the identity and character of the place. For information purposes only, the following items are included:
