The flat is located in a secure residence with lift.
Decorated in a modern style, the studio has a living area with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people and can accommodate 4 people. It includes a lounge area with TNT television and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, kitchen utensils and bathroom.
The residence also offers additional services payable on site:

Keys can be collected every day from 3pm.
On the day of departure, the flat must be vacated by 11am at the latest.

In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
