We lived in this flat recently, it is decorated according to our tastes and equipped in a perfectly functional way.

2 French windows overlooking Barillerie Street. Small balcony space to get some fresh air and enjoy the atmosphere of old Nice.
Very quiet flat (triple glazing) and very bright thanks to the 2 French windows and the Velux windows.
Living room area: Television, audio system, home automation for the lights.
In the living room an extra sofa bed.

Around

A few metres from the Cours Saleya and its famous flower and vegetable/fruit market. The castel beach is 50 meters away. The flat is at the beginning of the old Nice, quieter than the heart. The triple glazing makes it very quiet. Everything is close by, restaurants, shops, boutiques. The TRamways to go to the train station or to the University/Hospital is 200 meters away (stop Opera vielle ville).
