Mediterranean guest house - designed for professionals
Designed by the architect who welcomes you, our guest house offers a warm, bright and contemporary atmosphere. The large windows bathe the space in natural light and offer a double view over two lush gardens, ideal for both relaxing and working.

We welcome one or two colleagues. In this case, the two guest rooms are open for added comfort if required.
→ How the house works
As with any guest house, the kitchen is not accessible for preparing meals. However, fridge, crockery, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available.
→ Friendliness + discretion
The host lives on site (on the 2ᵉ floor). The two guest rooms are on the 1ᵉʳ floor. Privacy is preserved and a quiet atmosphere is requested, as the host also works on site. The ground floor is a pleasant communal space, ideal for working, open onto the garden.
→ Description of spaces
Ground floor (35 m²): bright living room, contemporary kitchen with central island + large table for working, refined decoration in a Mediterranean spirit.
1ᵉʳ floor (33 m²):
- Bedroom 1 (15 m²): open-plan shower room integrated into the bedroom.
- Bedroom 2 (15 m²): with 2nd private toilet.
- Shared shower located in bedroom 1
2 Very comfortable and cosy bedrooms, bath and bed linen provided.
THE MAIN BEDROOM includes :
- A queen-size bed 160 × 220cm with bedside tables
- A sofa/single bed 90 × 220cm

THE SECONDARY BEDROOM comprises :

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped and the host will give you what you need:
(use of the kitchen is not allowed) You can use :
- Fridge (to put your meat for the BBQ)
- Plates, cutlery and glasses (if needed)
If you need to relax :
Outdoor jacuzzi, garden, brazier and BBQ supplement: 60€/1h a preferential price for the day
Indoor jacuzzi supplement: €60/1h

PARKING SPACES are available in front of the house on rue de Malte.
A BUS STOP is a 4-minute walk away. It will take you to Sartrouville station in 15 minutes.
THE TRAIN or the RER will take you to La Défense in 15 minutes and to Paris Saint Lazare in 30 minutes.
TO DO YOUR SHOPPING, a small supermarket, 2 bakeries and a butcher are all within a 4-minute walk, and a large crossroads is 10 minutes' walk away. Small shops and restaurants.
TO HAVE FUN,
- The very pretty Parc Youri Gagarinese is a 15-minute walk from the house or 4 minutes by car, with a lovely fitness trail, a skatepark and a large stadium. You can go for a picnic, do some sport and admire the beautiful wooded area.
