Cancellation Policies

Any Tenant who cancels must necessarily notify the host and confirm the cancellation directly on the site from the page Bookings > Cancel stay. A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation popup and receives a confirmation email from MorningCroissant.

For rentals over 30 days, only one cancellation policy applies : One-month notice.
For rentals under 29 days, an owner can choose from three cancellation policies : flexible, moderate or strict.
 
Once a booking is confirmed, the cancellation procedure cannot be changed, the two parties commit themselves to observe it.
 

Long term (≥ 1 month) :

  • If the Tenant cancels more than 30 full days before check-in time (French time), 100% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example : a cancellation before 23:59 on March 1st for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a 100% refund.
  • If the Tenant cancels less than 30 days before check-in time (French time), a refund of 100% of the rental amount will be made on cancelled rental amount over 30 days after the cancelation date. Example : a cancellation made by 23:59 on March 24th for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 100% of the rental amount over April 24th and 0% of the rental amount under April 24th.
  • In case of a partial cancellation made before or after the check-in time (French time), a refund of 100% will be made on cancelled rental amount over 30 days after the cancellation date. Example : a cancellation made during the rental by 23:59 on March 24th for a new scheduled departure  on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 100% of the rental amount over April 24th and 0% of the rental amount under April 24th.
  • The MorningCroissant service fee is non-refundable.
