You'll be right in the centre of Lorient, in a lively area just a stone's throw from the marina, public transport and all the amenities you'll need during your stay.
Restaurants, bars and shops are at the foot of the building!

Although the building is busy, noise pollution is kept to a minimum thanks to the double glazing. You'll sleep peacefully in comfortable bedding.

And you have nothing to worry about when it comes to security!

As part of its energy resilience plan, the city of Lorient has switched off its public lighting from 11pm to 6am on weekdays, and from 2.30am to 6.30am from Thursday to Saturday evenings.

The flat is easy to get to.
It's a 15-minute walk by train from Lorient station.
If you arrive by bus, you will be a 1-minute walk from the main bus stops (Faouëdic and Alsace Lorraine).
By car, you can park in the many free spaces in the town centre, as well as in the so-called "blue" spaces, which have limited opening hours from 9am to 6pm (remember to bring a parking disc).
You can also park in the Espace Nayel or Place d'Armes pay car parks.
