Accommodation: very well equipped, it is located on the 1st floor (no lift) at the end of a charming paved and flowered courtyard. The neighbours are all very friendly and a good atmosphere reigns between all.
It is a 34 m2 2-room apartment, renovated in 2017, and until then very little occupied, which includes :
- a living room with a sofa and an armchair, a decorative Prussian fireplace, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, an open kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, electric juicer...).
- a room with a double bed and a work space, a cooling column for hot periods,
