Ideally located just a few kilometres from Montpellier (7 minutes by train), and just 15 minutes by bike from the Pilou beach, enjoy an exceptional natural setting (sea, salt marshes, walks in the gardiole). Perfect for families to enjoy the beaches and nature, while still being close to Montpellier, Lattes and St Jean de Védas. The air-conditioned house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with garden, dining area and barbecue.

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and is available to rent from 18/04/2026 to 20/08/2026, with the possibility of monthly rentals.
The SNCF train station is 8 minutes away by bike, allowing you to get to Montpellier (Gare St Roch) in less than 10 minutes. There are also bus routes to the surrounding towns.
Shops in the town centre (baker, butcher, fishmonger, etc.) are just 5 minutes away by bike, and the Intermarché supermarket is also a short drive away.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 2 small gardens and 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

Sleeping arrangements :
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200
- 1 second "guest" bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, or which can be used as a study (screens and keyboard available)
- 1 children's bedroom with two 90x200 bunk beds and a small desk.
We can also lend you a cot for a baby.

Ground floor: living area with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen / dining room / and lounge area with large sofa (including a chaise longue) and video projector (NETFLIX...).

Outside: a garden to the rear of the house with shaded dining area, table seating 8 and charcoal barbecue.
There is also a small garden at the front of the house.

The bathroom is upstairs and has a shower.
There is also a separate toilet on each floor.

Other information
- We can lend you 2 bicycles for adults (including 1 electric) as well as 2 children's bicycles (size suitable for 6-8 year olds and 4-5 year olds), perfect for exploring the surrounding area and getting to the beach with ease! :)

- The house has a veranda that has been transformed into a playroom, filled with a variety of toys carefully selected by our two little adventurers, aged 4 and 7. If you're interested, all these games are at your disposal during your stay!
- A great selection of board games is also available for evenings out with family and friends!
